Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, maintenance schedules, and disposal procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues, troubleshooting problems with laptops, printers, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacement of faulty equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset management.

Job Requirements :

1-8 years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management or related field.
Strong understanding of hardware asset management principles and practices.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
