Job Description
My Window JD Site Service Engineer & Project Manager
As a site in-charge, one must monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution by taking complete ownership and responsibility by engaging the client and keep them informed with required updates of the project. Other duties include :-
- Conducting site surveys with precision once order is finalised and documents are transferred for production.
- Ensure smooth execution of project till handover.
- Coordinating with unloading teams for delivery and ensuring safe unloading of material without any damage.
- Daily reporting of on-going and planned work.
- Ensuring team reaches on time at site during installation.
- Visiting site frequently and regularly to ensure installation as per SOP to maintain extreme quality and precision.
- Attending complaints of customer and ensuring their closure on time.
- Ensuring safety of highest standards on site during installation.
- Conducting site audits at regular intervals to check on quality.
- To ensure highest rating in defined KPI for overall growth.
- To train technician in product and monitor their overall growth.
- Providing feedback on quality issues/improvement to Production team.
- To deliver service of highest standard.
Qualification & Experience required:
- For Site Engineers: Freshly passed our candidates, preferably 1-2 years of experience in building construction field: fenestration, customized building material/Modular industry. Site Engineers shall execute/Supervise the installation under the direction of the Site/Project Manager.
- For Site/Project Manager: 5 to 8 years relevant experience.
- Diploma /Graduate in civil engineering/B.Sc(Maths)
- Must have experience of coordinating multiple stakeholders & clients.
- Should have his own means of conveyance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to details.
- Good Communication skills, proficient in verbal & nonverbal communication.
