Job Description

- Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisers.
- Coaching and preparing advisers for higher productivity.
- Groom advisers for the next level of partnership .

Required Candidate profile

1.Must be Graduate.
2.Minimum 6 months to 3yrs of experience in sales(BFSI Sales)
3.Age should not be more than 30.

Benifits:
1.Attractive incentives Upto 2LPA quarterly basis.
2.mobile allowance : 500Rs/month
3.Travel allowance: 3K/month
