Role: SFDC Tester

Location- Bangalore_ Hybrid

Shift_4:00 Pm-1:00 AM

Job Type_6 Months contract based

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the QA process for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce customizations, APIs, and Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with established QA standards, best practices, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and testing needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in QA.
• Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Expertise with test management tools (Zephyr).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
