Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL Server.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software design and development.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in .NET development (C# and ASP.NET).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements.
• Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL Server), including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, database functions, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, TFS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional):

• Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is a plus.
