Responsibilities Software Engineer - DotNet Core & Angular A Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and developing Web Applications utilizing a variety of web technologies like .Net Core ,C#, Azure Functions, Postgresql, Rest Api,TDD, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, etc. Good 4-8 years of experience developing in .NET Core and .NET C#, Azure Functions, Postgresql, Rest Api,TDD. Thorough understanding of HTML5, CSS, bootstrap and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation Strong proficiency using common JavaScript libraries, such as jQuery Experience working in software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably using DevOps Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Experience working with SQL and a relational database, including the design and development of stored procedures (MS SQL Server database preferred). Hands-on coding of UI, middle tier, and back-end database programming based on defined standards to deliver world-class business solutions. Proficient troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as TFS, Git Write unit test case to achieve required code coverage Working experience of object-oriented design and development skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Good written and verbal communication skills Must have a strong work ethic, be reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and a person of integrity. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. 4-8 years of position specific experience (.NET Core and .NET C#, Azure Functions, Postgresql, Rest API, TDD) Proficient with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, bootstrap Experience working in software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably using DevOps Experience working with SQL and a relational database Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as TFS, Git Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of OOPS concepts Familiarity with NoSQL databases Experience with unit testing tools like Karma, Jasmine, nUnit Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication Experience with innovative and analytical problem solving Entrepreneurial and forward thinking Skills/Attributes Synoptek core DNA behaviors: Clarity: Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language.
