DGM Engineering Design - Gearbox/Couplings @ Feasible Technologies

Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and guide the engineering team for Gearbox and Coupler products. Oversee engineering execution for customer orders, including drawings and specifications. Manage project execution and product specification updates. Support sales and marketing with technical discussions and spare parts processing. Coordinate with purchase, workshop, and quality control for material selection and localization. Ensure clear functional responsibilities and effective team performance. Implement domain strategy and handle technical changes. Support design activities, quality issues, and field failures. Enhance procedures and systems for efficiency and cost reduction. Processes Mobility Engineering: Generate solutions based on customer requirements, prepare BOM, and create offer drawings. TIM Process: New product development, design solutions, and product validation. OTC Process: Product care, change management, and localization support. Testing: Vehicle level test requirements and customer sign-offs. DTC: Identify cost-saving opportunities and support field failure analysis. Service Support: Re-engineer competitor products for overhaul business. Skills Required: Leadership, teamwork, communication.
