Job Description

Oversee daily operations of a large medical coding team, ensuring coding and billing compliance. Develop and implement coding policies, conduct audits, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve documentation and coding accuracy.

Required Candidate profile

Female candidate with 15+ yrs experience in managing medical coding teams, certified in ICD-10, CPC, and HCC. Strong knowledge of US healthcare, coding compliance, and HIPAA/HITECH regulations.
