Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular/React is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control systems (Git).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
