Job Title: Security Manager
Designation: ManagerJob Summary:
This position is part of the Converged Security Services (CSS) team, under the Global Security Organization (GSO), reporting directly to the Regional Security Manager, Asia-Pacific. The incumbent will assist in the coordination, direction and management of the GSO security team of ADP India. As the primary deputy, the incumbent will assist in the planning, oversight regarding investigations across ADP locations in India; Act as a key contributor by working with the Regional Security Manager in overseeing the personal safety of designated ADP senior executives; manage various aspects of investigations, executive protection, and associate safety in ADP India. Intelligently question persons of interest and witnesses, both formally and informally; collect and secure evidence to determine the extent and nature of fraud or other illicit acts and prepare investigative reports.
If needed, testify as a witness in court proceedings; liaise directly with management, human resource personnel and representatives from corporate counsel; conduct threat, and facility site assessments, develop response plans; organize, deliver, and assist in the executive protection program at ADP to operate at maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Conduct other investigations and duties as assigned and directed by the Senior Director/CSS and/or the Regional Security Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Management
Lead and Direct Security Managers and guard staff.
Assist the Regional Security Manager in providing security leadership across ADP India.
Plan and conduct investigations enterprise wide.
Question persons of interest and witnesses, both formally and informally.
Prepare reports of complex investigations.
Testify as a witness in court proceedings.
Interface directly with management.
Develop case evidence from interviews, surveillance, documentary examinations, witness testimony and forensic examination.
Utilize various investigative techniques to establish interrelationships of facts or evidence.
Work closely with management, Associate Relations, Human Resources and/or Legal counsel on confidential issues.
Liaise with appropriate Law Enforcement Agencies.
Contribute to the development of new processes and technologies to improve the investigative process.
Make recommendations to the Regional Security Manager regarding improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
Exercise independent decision making.
Protection
Provide seamless and discreet protection for select ADP individuals.
Deliver discreet and effective executive protection services while reducing costs to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ability to conduct security surveys, develop security plans and prepare comprehensive reports.
Support other functions within CSS to include conducting threat assessments and country vulnerability evaluations.
Provide the appropriate level of physical protection to ADP's Senior Executives.
Assist in the protection of the personal safety of all ADP Associates in the workplace.
Identify and appropriately respond to all external and internal threats.
Safeguard and maintain all confidential and sensitive information.
Facilities Protection
Assist in the management of the physical security and access control programs.
Supervise teams of guards and host security assets during off-site events such as company outreach activities, Family Day, Company/Annual Day, etc.
Conduct employee safety and security inspections and ensure occupational safety and health policies are implemented.
Respond to emergency situations.
Perform other duties as assigned.Relationships:

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, degree in criminal justice,
law, or in a related field is preferred, or graduation from a uniformed
security forces academy and subsequent commission as an officer.
Work Experience
3-7 years of law enforcement, military, or Private industry experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in both the investigative and protective areas of responsibility.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Ability to supervise and manage subordinates.
Outstanding ethical character and proven reliability in high confidence matters.
Demonstrated experience in executing investigative duties acquired through practical experience in the public, government and/or private sectors.
Possess knowledge of the legal concepts of evidence such as limited disclosure and chain of custody.
Investigations
Law enforcement or industry-specific knowledge regarding common tools and techniques utilized in investigations of fraudulent activities.
Demonstrated experience in executing executive protection duties acquired through practical experience in the public, government and/or private sectors.
Law enforcement, military or industry-specific knowledge regarding techniques utilized in executive protection services.
Experience in court proceedings, presenting evidence and supporting corporate or judicial counsel.
A strong sense of accountability.
Analytical ability.
Effective business writing skills.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms and practices.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and complete projects in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with senior level management.
Ability to solve practical problems and react quickly and calmly to changing or emergency circumstances.
Experience in a multi-disciplined, high technology physical security environment inclusive of, but not limited to, facility access control systems, video surveillance systems, and active/passive security monitoring and provisioning.Location:
Hyderabad, India
Additional Requirement:
The assignment may require long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, sometimes on short notice and be willing to travel within India.
