We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in Titan migration and/or SAP Sales performance management implementation to join our dynamic team at Hyderabad location
In this role, you will be responsible for SQL code conversions, data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and playing a critical role in the migration from ORACLE platforms to HANA platform
What you"ll do:
Should be able to understand the existing informatica workflows and be able to convert the Informatica workflows into HANA procedures or libraries
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using ETL tools and scripting
Manage data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure business objectives are met
Strong background in database development and ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues post-migration
What you"ll bring:
Proficiency in SAP CallidusCloud modules like Commissions, TnQ, & Sales Performance Management
Hands-on experience with CallidusCloud Data Integration (DI) for managing data flows
Experience with Informatica, SDI, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes
Knowledge of Callidus Clouds DI tools like XDL or Connect Enterprise for importing, transforming, and exporting data
Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation
Experience with scripting languages like Unix Shell script for data automation
Experience with reporting tools (e g, SAP Analytics Cloud, Crystal reports, Business objects) will be added advantage
Ability to create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
?? Knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and SAP HANA
Understanding of Commissions data model, system architecture and data flow
Functional And Business Skills
Understanding of sales processes, incentive compensation, and quota management
Experience configuring and customizing CallidusCloud modules to meet business needs
Ability to map client requirements to SAP CallidusCloud capabilities
Strong analytical skills to optimize business workflows
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT
Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and delivering solutions
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes
?? Expertise in implementing scalable and robust solutions
Certifications (Preferred But Not Mandatory)
SAP Integration Suite Certification or similar cloud certifications
Certifications in data integration tools or ETL processes
General Qualifications
Work Experience:
Overall, 8-12 years IT experience with 58 years of relevant experience in SAP CallidusCloud product implementation or migration project
Prior experience in SAP implementations, particularly in data-heavy roles
Prior experience in Oracle to HANA migration project
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
