Role & responsibilities


Designation : Senior Manager A.V.P.(PMS Operations)

Job Description :

  1. To oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities
  2. To ensure error free execution of financial transactions
  3. To keep control on period reconciliations
  4. To handhold the team wherever required
  5. To handle escalated matters in co-ordination with related team members
  6. To co-ordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
  7. To take care of regulatory related requirements
  8. To pro-actively take charge of debit balance clearance
  9. To ensure no excess fund transfers to the investors
  10. To share period MIS with management giving overview of back-office activities
  11. To hand good control to ensure ZERO execution errors
  12. To ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  13. To ensure regulatory reports are thoroughly verified & submitted within the timelines
  14. To have pro-active approach
  15. To take ownership & responsibilities, prepare order files and double check before placing the orders
  16. To monitor and improve operational efficiency and accuracy
  17. To prepare and review financial and operational reports
  18. To handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
  19. To implement and manage operational controls and procedures
  20. To oversee documentation and record-keeping for all transactions
  21. To provide training and support to junior team members

Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years experience in PMS back office
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Proven track record of managing operational teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
