Experience: Fresher to 2 Yrs / Any Experienced candidate can apply
Shift : Night
Job Location: Chennai / Candidate have to take F2F interview only in Chennai
Qualification : All Graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:
*Eligible candidate would be responsible for searching and screening the candidates on various IT skills as per the job specification.
*Search in various portals.
*Screening of resumes and them against the technical requirements.
*Speak with the IT Consultants/ Software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.
*Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
*Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Desire Candidates Profiles:
*Must have excellent communication skills.
*Should possess quick learning ability
*Willing to work US Timings
