 Business Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and map potential clients based on market trends and knowledge.
  • Connect with key contacts at targeted brands/companies to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand clients' business needs, formulate campaign briefs, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure campaign execution aligns with commitments.
  • Coordinate with clients for campaign progress and reporting.
  • Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets.
  • Prepare daily task reports and manage email/phone communication.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and nurture client relationships.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.

Requisite Skills:

  • 2-5 years' client-facing experience.
  • Problem-solving aptitude in ambiguous environments.
  • Agility in adapting to a fast-changing landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong logical, arithmetic, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • People management and team leadership skills.
  • Quick online research capabilities for insights/data.
  • Keen observation of market trends, campaign issues, and client/team expectations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Preferred background in media sales (DOOH, radio, print, TV)
