Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for ServiceNow services through research, prospecting, and outreach using channels like email, calls, linkedin etc.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsDevelop strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our ServiceNow servicesSet up meetings with potential clients for our Sales team to close the dealsCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-opportunity handoff processProvide regular sales forecasts and reports to executive managementStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices for selling ServiceNow servicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven track record of lead generation (outbound) in domestic & international geographies and achieving sales targets, with at least 4 years of experience in sales development or inside salesExperience in selling technology services (Software/SaaS), specifically ServiceNow services, is preferred (Deal size of USD5k - 10K)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent prospecting and qualifying skillsAbility to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethicExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM and other sales tools
