Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/HSC + 6 months of outbound banking sales experience required.
• Age Upto 30
• Day shifts
• Rotational one off
• Decent communication in English.
• Sal 15k to 21k net.
• Location Thane.

 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in health insurance or those who fit the target demographic. Initiate conversations to introduce health insurance plans and services offered by the company.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the health insurance products and services offered by the company. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy changes, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

• Utilize a consultative selling approach to present health insurance options that align with the customer's needs and budget. Highlight the benefits and features of various policies to persuade prospects to make informed decisions.

• Explain the details of each policy, including coverage, premiums, deductibles, and any additional benefits.

• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to keep them engaged throughout the sales process. Nurture leads and build relationships to increase conversion rates.
