Job Description
Subject Area of Practice: GST, Advisory & litigation;Customs,Foreign Trade Policy
(Candidate will get exposure in entire gamut of Indirect Taxes)
Job Profile (Consultancy and Litigation):Legal Research (books / software); Drafting of legal opinions, mail replies, etc.;Drafting of appeal memorandum, reply to Notices including SCNs. Representation before Commissioner (Appeals), Tribunal (depending upon interest and skill-sets); Use of interpretational and analytical skills while carrying out Due Diligence and Tax Optimization Reviews; Preparation of presentations (client deliverable / monthly bulletin);Regular reading to keep abreast of latest amendments
Qualification : CA qualified / LLB/ LLM
Offer CTC : 10 lacs
Age Limit: 35
