We have an opportunity of Salesforce Omni Studio Vlocity Developer for PWC SDC
Salesforce Omni Studio Vlocity
Experience Required: 4-8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days
Locations: Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai. Pune, Gurugram and Mumbai
Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Vlocity capabilities.
- Define best practices and guidelines for implementing solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Engagement Leadership:
- Lead multiple engagements where OmniStudio and Vlocity are utilized, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise in OmniStudio & Vlocity:
- Drive the effective use of OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Leverage Vlocitys industry-specific solutions to deliver business value for industries like Communications, Insurance, and Utilities.
- Salesforce Platform Expertise:
- Ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Vlocity components within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Utilize Salesforce capabilities such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and APIs to complement OmniStudio and Vlocity solutions.
- Governance and Standards:
- Establish solution governance processes and maintain architectural standards for OmniStudio and Vlocity implementations.
- Document and maintain architectural artifacts, including design blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Must Have Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- In-depth experience with Vlocitys industry-specific solutions for sectors such as Communications, Media, and Energy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
- Understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
- OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certifications are a plus.
