We are looking for :

We are looking for fresh graduates who are passionate about launching their careers in Testing, Salesforce (SFDC), and Oracle Cloud. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading organization where you'll receive in-depth training, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full-time role in the tech domain.

Training & Selection Process :

Phase 1:

- Offline Written Test (via Do-Select platform)

- Stipend provided during trainingPhase 2:

- Post-training assessment

- Conversion to full-time employment upon successful evaluationTraining Duration: 1 to 6 months

Technologies Covered :

- Salesforce (SFDC)

- Oracle Cloud

- QA Automation & Manual Testing

- Configuration Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Participate in design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.

- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving complex business requirements.

- Assist in configuration management and deployment processes.

- Deliver client-focused solutions and onsite training for Oracle Cloud systems.

- Act as a proactive problem solver and technical support representative.

- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Full-time graduation in BCA / MCA / B. Tech / BE (CS/IT stream only) from 2023 or 2024 batch.

- Strong foundation in programming concepts and workflows.

- No history of academic backlogs.

- Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities.

- Willingness to work flexible hours (especially for implementation & deployment phases).

- Must be based in Bangalore and open to in-office work.

- Interest in building a career in Oracle Cloud Consulting is essential.

- Certifications in Java, MySQL, or any programming language will be an added advantage
