We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the implementation, integration, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and a strong understanding of Ariba modules, such as Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Information Management, and Spend Visibility. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, deliver solutions, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Configure Ariba Modules: Set up and configure Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, etc.) to support procurement and sourcing processes.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, including business analysts, developers, and other consultants, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Business Process Mapping: Understand and map business processes to Ariba solutions, identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
- System Integration: Work on integrating SAP Ariba with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
- Data Management: Monitor and manage master data relevant to SAP Ariba and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all processes are compliant with organizational and regulatory standards, and maintain detailed documentation of all Ariba processes.
Key Requirements:
- SAP Ariba Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, including implementation and configuration.
- Module Knowledge: Proficiency in at least two of the following modules: Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Spend Visibility.
- SAP Integration: Experience with SAP ERP integration, specifically SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FI (Finance).
- Procurement Expertise: Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Expertise/Exposure of SAP S/4HANA
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based procurement solutions
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in procurement
