Role & responsibilities
What we are looking for
Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree in information technologies, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience in a Scrum Master and Product Owner role for at least 5 year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to successfully resolve diverse and complex business problems.
- First level Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Affinity towards digital trends and innovation, as well as high awareness of quality in general
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team empowerment
- Agile mindset and desire to take responsibility.
- Self-motivation, proactivity and flexibility with good analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in an international team with international customers.
- Very good English knowledge (spoken and written)
- Well versed with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Nice to have
- SAP Cloud (BTP) know how
- Previous expertise in Development is also a strength
- Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
- Certifications are welcomed
