Job Description: Regional Sales Manager

Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 years in building materials industry.

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the sales activities in the assigned State under the guidance of the HOD.
  • Execute sales strategy and planning to maximize penetration and revenue from the territory while achieving the desired market share and profitability. Manage relationships with all Architects, builder contractor, faade consultants of the territory and work towards building the Brand for the company.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team( ASMs, BDMs and Sales Executives) and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sale of Metal Composite Panels (ACPs, ZCPs, etc.), HPL, Louvers, through sales network.
  • Overall responsibility for all Sales and Business Development activities.
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Execute sales strategy to drive market penetration and maximize revenue in the Territory.
  • Grow and manage relationships with all the stakeholders in the territory.
  • Ensure strong communication between all stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information to effectively benefit from market opportunities and implement changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+years of experience in Distribution network, sales management and Prior experience in the Building materials is a MUST (ACP industry).
