Job Description
We have an urgent opening for Project Manager ( High Rise Project ) for our reputed client based in Ahmedabad.
Job location : Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver high-rise construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools and report to senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards at all project stages.
- Review project designs and provide inputs during planning and execution phases.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, resource planning, and procurement.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
(Masters is a plus).
- Proven experience in managing residential/commercial towers end-to-end.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
- PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Should have completed minimum 2 Projects of high-rise building.
