Job Description
Designation:- Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
- Will handle a team of 12 - 15 on rolls FOS.
- Would be responsible for their recruitment and training
- Is responsible for the business generated by his team through sale of insurance products
- Prior experience in handling either direct teams/ advisor teams
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales of which a minimum 15 months experience Life insurance sector.
- Good knowledge and expertise in Life insurance sector
- Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA
- CTC Offered- 8 -10 lacs + perks
