We are currently looking for Customer Support Executive & Sr. Customer Support Executive - International Non-Voice Process. A growth oriented Career awaits you at IntouchCX

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web chat.
• Contacts can be from customers or shoppers.
• Responsible for receiving high volume of incoming chat conversations and responding to inquiries in a manner that meets quality and performance standards
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner, attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Excellent communication skills
• Fresher and Experienced are eligible
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new process and procedures
• Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Flexible to work for rotational, night shifts & graveyard shifts
