US IT Technical Recruiter @ It Trailblazers

Job Description:

- Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Like Job Diva, Dice, Monster, carrier Builder.
- Responsible for job postings, search strings, mass emails, referencing, vendor list etc
- Should have good understand IT requirements
- Contacting candidates and qualifying them on skills vs experience, the area of Interest, geographic location in the US
- Knowledge of US work visa types etc.
-- Complete analysis of candidates current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project.
- Building good rapport with each candidate for long-term association
- Should have experience with salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates
- Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates
- Appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate (background verification)
- Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate
- Sending daily performance report to the Account/ Recruitment Manager
- Active participation in technical training, employee engagement and self-development programs.
- Ability to work in fun-filled, target driven environment

Desired Skills:

1. Good Communication skills: The role requires daily coordination with Team leads, Sales, Recruitment managers and candidates on in the US.
Hence a strong communication skill in English is mandated.
2. Functional / Behavioral skill set: Positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude.
3. Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) will be preferred.
