• The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Multispecialty coding /denials
• Thorough knowledge of coding guidelines in terms of ICD, Modifiers and their practical application.
• Sound knowledge of Surgery and E/M guidelines.
• Should have practical knowledge of Denial codes, standard steps for resolution , knowledge of HCFA, EOB, Insurances, Payor policies, LCD, NCD, etc.
• Good communications skills (English language written and verbal should be sound).
• Good knowledge of Excel, Search engines, etc.
