Job Description: Finance Fund Raiser Intern- Nirvana Yoga Dham**   **About Nirvana Yoga Dham:** Nirvana Yoga Dham is a spiritually inspired Non-profit organization dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through yoga and spirituality. We are seeking a Finance Fund Raiser Intern to join our team and contribute towards raising funds for various initiatives, including providing treatment to underprivileged patients through yoga, constructing a 51 feet Radha Krishna Murti, a 31 feet high temple under the Radha Krishna Murti, creating a shiv Sarover, installing a 21 feet Shiv Ling between the Shiv Sarover of 1 acre, and erecting an 8 feet statue of Nandji facing towards the Shiv Ling at the entry of the Shiv Ling slab.   **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the specified projects and initiatives. - Create compelling fundraising campaigns, literature, and presentations to engage potential donors and sponsors. - Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to ensure a consistent and impactful fundraising message. - Build and nurture relationships with potential donors, sponsors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations. - Organize fundraising events, workshops, seminars, and other activities to generate funds and awareness. - Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and pledges using appropriate systems. - Identify grant opportunities and prepare grant applications for funding relevant projects. - Prepare and deliver persuasive fundraising pitches to potential donors and sponsors. - Provide regular updates to the management team on fundraising progress, challenges, and opportunities. - Monitor and analyze fundraising results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet fundraising goals. - Collaborate with the finance department to ensure transparent and ethical management of funds raised. - Represent the organization at relevant networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand donor base.   **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field. - Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit or charitable organization. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising content. - Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with potential donors and partners. - Proficient in using fundraising software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for yoga, spirituality, and promoting holistic well-being is highly desirable.   **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to contribute to noble causes and make a positive impact on society. - Professional growth and development within a spiritually aligned organization.   If you are passionate about yoga, spirituality, and making a difference in the lives of underprivileged individuals through fundraising, we invite you to apply for the Finance Fund Raiser Intern position at Nirvana Yoga Dham, Vrindavan.   To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, fundraising achievements, and alignment with our organization's mission.   website: https://www.thenirvanayoga.com
