Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (Selenium + Java)

Location: Gurugram

Budget: Max 20 LPA

Exp: 4-6 yrs

Responsibilities:

Experience range 6-8 years for Automation Testing
1. Hands-on experience with Selenium or WebDriver IO for UI and Rest Assured for Backend
2. Good attitude to learn

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

• Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks.
• Establish best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation.
• Oversee test environment management, including data provisioning and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business, engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing goals with transformation program objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between NAB stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular test status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
