Job Description

Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Process Type: International Non-Voice (Chat + Upselling)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Work mode: Work from Office

Job Overview:

Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Days Rotational off week off
Shifts: Rotational shifts (24/7)
Transportation: Both way cab (For hiring zones only)
CTC: 27,000/month
In-Hand: 23,000/month
No Leaves During Training period

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate
Experience: Fresher's/ Documented Experienced

Skills Required:

Excellent written & verbal English communication
Typing speed & Accuracy
Willing to work rotational shifts
Sales/Upselling mind set is a plus
