Position: Executive Trainee

Qualification: First class Graduates

Experience: 0-1 year in Sales / Marketing / Finance /NBFC / Business Development (Freshers can also apply)

Selection Procedure: General Aptitude Test followed by Interview for the Shortlisted Candidates

Roles and Responsibility of Executive Trainee:

• Learning all gamut of business activities of our company.
• Responsible for promoting All/Any of our products to New/Existing customers.
• Exhibiting features, specifications and value of the product to the customers
• Presenting the loan schemes (Rate of Interest, EMI amount, Tenure of the loan) provided by the organization according to the principle value of the product
• Collection of structural documents for the file creation, taking the customers interest in on the designed agreement forms advised by the organization and sharing the same to the back office for proposal entry then to field investigation followed to loan sanction
• Need to move within the mapped zones with respect to the assigned dealer points
• Follow up & maintaining relationship with customers
• Convince the customers for payment and doing the collection process.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
