Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for outbound calling activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
