HIRING for HR Manager for Distribution Center & Production Center

Experience: 10 to 20 Years

Industry:

FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Others Qualification: Any Graduate & MBA HR

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage workforce requirements, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
Administer KRAs, performance appraisals, and confirmation processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and employee welfare programs (Contract Labour Management, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, GPA, etc.).
Conduct exit interviews and manage separation formalities, including full & final settlement.
Handle 3P management and related compliance.
Organize and facilitate employee training programs.
Conduct competency mapping to align skills with organizational goals.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
