Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining server-side applications, writing clean and testable code, and working with modern backend technologies and architectures.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and TypeScript is a must.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with DynamoDB is a plus.
- Create and manage YAML configurations for deployments and pipelines.
- Design and deploy scalable serverless solutions on AWS.
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and deployment models.
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS).
- Experience writing unit tests and using testing frameworks(Chai, Mocha, Jest, etc.).
- Experience working with YAML for configuration management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of API design and development.
- Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
