Cognizant Hiring Freshers for Chennai Location

Have to be flexible with night shift

Responsibilities:

Fair understanding on Retail Banking domain.
Fair Knowledge of different Retail Payment services.
Prior experience in Fraud investigations and Dispute Resolution
Deep understanding on various regulations (Reg E, Reg Z).
Good Communication- Oral & verbal.
Willingness to work in night shifts/ WFO.
Ability to close the assigned work within the specified SLAs.
Self-Motivated and Good team player.
