Here is the JD attached:

Around 10 + years experience and skilled in Technical Development,Design and Implementation of IT systems development in a complex environment.
Produce High Level Design (HLDs) describing IT systems changes to support product,service delivery and service assurance requirements.
Review Low Level Designs(LLDs) produced by IT systems development teams for compliance to HLDs.
Data Modelling and SOAP based Web Services/EAI.
Good Experience in BSS systems processes supporting sales(ideally C4C)Quoting(ideally Oracle Big machines),ordering(ideally siebel) and Billing(Kenan/FX) of telco services.
Good Experience in sales and quoting processes and platforms,preferably C4C and Oracle Big Machines.
Solid Experience in Quotient platforms and Integration.
jBPM and Siebel Experience.
Portal/WebDev/Event Based Architecture experience.
Good understanding of sales,Quoting and governance concepts in telco industry.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
