Role & responsibilities
Condition Monitoring provides valuable, proactive information, helping equipment owners set up effective, comprehensive maintenance and repair plans. Analyzing data from a combination of condition monitoring "ENGINE" - including simple inspections and regular fluid analysis to careful tracking of electronic Mechanical data and analysis of equipment history - helps to accurately assess the health and operating condition of critical equipment.
1. Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs and overhauls on engine components such as fuel systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems.
2. Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and field service technicians.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for engine maintenance and repair.
