Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
Job Description:
- Leadership and Oversight: Supervise civil maintenance operations across the designated region retail stores, ensuring optimal functioning of stores.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and avoid costly emergency repairs.
- Problem Resolution: Respond to emergency situations, troubleshoot issues, and manage crisis situations that impact store operations.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate construction, repair, and renovation projects, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Team Management: Lead a team of site engineers, contractors, and vendors; assign tasks, set performance goals, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the regional civil maintenance budget, focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive reports on maintenance work, project statuses, and store conditions for upper management review.
- Vendor Relations: Develop and liaise with contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Description:
15- 20 years in Electrical Maintenance with a large organization, including team leadership and multi-site management.
The position will be responsible for instituting measures and processes, so as to ensure minimum down time of assets (encompassing HT / LT / FAS / PAS / CCTV / UPS / FF and HVAC systems) installed in the allotted stores Visit stores to identify potential problem areas so as to address them in a planned manner.
Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by Stores.
Track compliance of PM as per maintenance plan Would be responsible through the Maintenance Managers for all maintenance activities (PM / Breakdown) undertaken in operation. Institution, Monitoring / tracking of safe working practices at the store level Vendor Management and negotiation Coordinate Store handover between Projects and Operations
