Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable cook/chef to join our fast-growing vada pav outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing traditional Indian snacks, especially vada pav, chutneys, and related items. Youll play a key role in ensuring taste, hygiene, and consistency in every serving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vada pav and other menu items as per standard recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours
- Manage raw material stock and inform for timely restocking
- Follow food safety guidelines and quality control
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food stall, fast food joint, or snack center
- Good knowledge of frying, chutney preparation, and food handling
- Must be punctual, hygienic, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Residing in or near Thane / Mumbai preferred
