Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle a team of talented architects, Structural Designer, interior designers, landscape designers, and other professionals, fostering collaboration and facilitating teamwork.
- Responsible for periodic site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- As Senior Manager take ownership of the project and set pace and direction for each project and ensure smooth transition to the Client of each respective project.
- Acting as bridge between clients, contractor, and the team members with doing job as PMC standard.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the client's needs, building's usage, and environmental impact with following Ergonomics and Sustainability design.
- Overall responsible for architectural and Interior design reviews and coordination, technical design management as well as Research and Development (R&D).
- Conduct regular design and coordination meetings with consultants and project key personal. This shall include preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
- Work closely with consultants and internal parties especially Marketing on project specifications which shall be standardized for future projects.
- Managed the design teams master production schedule and coordinated the interface with the manufacturing and construction.
- Coordinating with contractors/builders/vendor and providing with the detailed construction documents and create a project management planning and scheduling.
- Developing concepts in External faade, Exterior detailing, Interior detailing and integrating the same with structural finish and drafting- perspective drawing, sectional elevation, and floor plan with rendering.
- Planning of Architecture and Interiors European Palace, High-rise, Hotel, shopping mall, Resort, Restaurant, Office, Luxury villa with Modular furniture, & Retail Store.
- Worked as a Lead designer and project architect for various Commercial, Luxury Residence, and mixed-use projects. Starting from design / site development / interior fit outs and project management
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max & MS Project Architectural design, Interior Detail design, Coordination & Project Management
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 18 Years Experience in Architecture and Interior Design
- B.Arch bachelor's in architecture)
- Project Management
- Design Manager AutoCad, SkecthUp, Photoshop, 3D Max & MS Project

Working Terms:
- Time off Rotation for Site location will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & for Office location will be 6 Month working and 21 Days paid off subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and fro International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company).
- Workdays & Hours Corporate Office: Six and Half day in a week (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 6:30PM & Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM) & Onsite location: Seven Days Working (Monday to Sunday 8:00AM to 6:00PM).
