Qualification- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Experience - 2-3 years in the same field.

Office Timing- 9.30 AM to  6.30 PM( Closing Time will extend)

Role & Responsibility -

*We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team to achieve the organizations objectives and increase sales.
*You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
*You will be responsible for the achievement of daily and monthly targets effectively.
* Very well known about how to manage team , Sales target, Sales pressure.

Note- Preferred Candidates - DSA experience, insurance, loan departments.
