Job Description

Reinforcement Learning & Simulation Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robotic simulation environments using Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, or Isaac Gym. Implement and train reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms for robotic control tasks such as navigation, manipulation, and object interaction. Integrate simulation-based solutions with physical robotic hardware for real-world deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including perception, controls, and systems engineering. Conduct experiments to evaluate RL model performance and improve sim2real transfer. Develop tools and workflows to streamline simulation, training, and deployment processes.
