Jd Technical resource(s) will perform configuration, analysis, solution design and Q/A for ServiceNow platform. Services to be performed over the phone, email, texts, and teleconference with a prompt and accurate resolution of questions, issues and requests regarding ServiceNow. The technical resource shall participate in Scrum ceremonies and offer input about the tasks in scope (or deliverables). Successfully perform quality assurance (test script writing, test execution, defect resolution, etc.) for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and projects.
