Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst (QA Tester) to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, usability, and overall quality of our software applications through both manual and automated testing. Roles And Responsibilities Analyze and review system specifications and business requirements to develop test strategies. Design, write, and execute detailed test cases (manual or automated) based on functional requirements. Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and issues, and work closely with the development team for resolution. Ensure product quality through regression, performance, and functional testing. Create and maintain logs, documentation, and reports for all testing activities and test cycles. Perform thorough testing in multiple environments including web and mobile. Assist in troubleshooting issues and perform root cause analysis to improve product performance. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Skills And Qualifications Required Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar QA role. Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with manual testing, and familiarity with automation tools is a plus. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (ref:hirist.tech),
