The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting our testing and certification services. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research to understand customer needs, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain technical information Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the testing and certification industry is a plus,
