We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle ERP Consultant with a minimum of 7 years in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions (Cloud or EBS). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional or technical expertise in key ERP modules and demonstrate strong capabilities in requirement gathering, solution design, client interaction, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives. Gather and analyze business requirements to design robust Oracle ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals. Configure Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), SCM, Procurement, or HCM depending on expertise. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical developers, business users, and stakeholders. Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements. Create functional/technical design documents, test scripts, and training materials. Assist in data migration, integrations, and interface design using tools like FBDI, ADFdi, Web Services, and OIC. Ensure compliance with internal control processes and security policies. Mentor junior consultants and support team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP applications (Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite). Strong expertise in one or more ERP modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HCM. Hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations. Good understanding of business process design, solution architecture, and best practices. Proficient in documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud ERP Certification (e.g., Financials Cloud, Procurement Cloud). Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, or OTBI. Experience with custom reporting, workflows, or data migration (FBDI, HDL, Web Services).
