Job Description

Position: Technical Support Executive - ERP Experience: 1 -2 yrs. (ERP Technical Support) Roles and Responsibilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Build customer relationships through troubleshooting. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, via online. Take ownership of each customer issue and Work across functions to resolve them. Candidate having Accounting knowledge or TALLY ERP, BUSY or any other ERP Software will add advantage.,
