Job Description
- Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Peoplesoft HCM solutions. Develop and maintain functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions to address gaps. Configure and customize Peoplesoft HCM modules based on functional specifications. Perform system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality. Support data migration and conversion activities. Participate in system upgrades and patches. Provide expert functional guidance and support to clients during all phases of the project lifecycle. Conduct client workshops and training sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues. Develop and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior consultants. Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting. Adhere to project methodologies and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest Peoplesoft HCM features and best practices. Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements. Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practice documentation. Mandatory Skills And Expertise Deep understanding of HCM business processes and best practices. Proven experience in configuring and customizing Peoplesoft HCM modules. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Ability to perform system testing and validation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct client workshops and training sessions. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Experience working in project environments and adhering to project methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Peoplesoft HCM certifications. Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid UI. Experience with Peoplesoft Integration Broker. Knowledge of HR industry trends and regulations. Experience with cloud-based HCM solutions. (ref:hirist.tech),
