- Job Description Template Job Title - Accounting + Controllership Specialist+ ICF Management Level : 8-Associate Manager Location: Gurugram, DDC2A Must have skills: SAP, USGAAP and IFRS Good to have skills: SAP, USGAAP Experience: 7+years of experience in relevant field Educational Qualification: CA/MBA finance with accounting background Roles & Responsibilities: Review opening balance sheet with Corporate Development and manage the recording of the acquisition in SAP across geographies. Prepare purchase accounting files according to US GAAP principles Assist with Accounting Treatment Memorandum preparation and approval process Coordinate / assist with transition and integration of various transaction cycles to respective end-state teams. Review monthly reporting to ensure integrity and consistent financial reporting Work closely with Corporate Development, V&A Finance, Legal and Tax departments to analyse transactions and ensure proper recording Preparation and review of different Global reports in relation to acquisitions Professional & Technical Skills: Professional accountancy qualification 5+ years of progressive financial accounting experience Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and experience of IFRS an advantage Mix of statutory accounts preparation and audit experience Experience working with SAP Financials an advantage Strong technical knowledge of Local & US GAAP and experience of IFRS an advantage Providing guidance to new specialists (Associate manager) Additional Information: The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using SAP ,USGAAP and IFRS .
