 We require a Training Manager for a leading textiles company for Coimbatore

 

Job Role: Training Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Trainer from Pharma/Retail/ Garments industry
CTC: Maximum gross CTC 5 TO 7 LPA based on your current salary

 

JD

1.Design and develop individual and group effective training programs & training schedules that address specific business requirements.
2.The candidate should have  experience in Product training and field training in any industry.
3.Must have experience in TNI,TNA, LIGHT HOUSE
4.Must have experience in POSDC program in field training
5.He should know the various aspects of training
6.MBR Training
7.Monitor employee performance and response to training program

 

Assess employees skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of further improvement.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

The candidate should be fluent in English
Willing to travel anywhere in south india to impart training programs.
